Sherman Oaks Tenant Improvement

Project timeline 7 weeks from start to finish in Sherman Oaks CA. Tenant Improvement from demolishing to new walls and complete new storefront build out. Heavy gauge metal studs at storefront with minimal tolerances for new storefront glazing. Complete interior painting, sales floor walls, ceilings, wood doors and all back of house. Installation of millwork including shelving, marlite, hardware, tables and complete millwork package.One of our very first projects was a complete Chuck E Cheese remodel in Harrisburg, PA. Completed in an 8-week timeline start to finish from demolishing, new partitions walls, paint and new furniture millwork. New partition wall build outs for LED screen and in ground LED dance floor. Interior and exterior paint with multiple colors and line patterns with careful attention to detail.Our very first project was a complete Chuck E Cheese remodel in Vestal NY. From demolishing, framing new walls, complete interior and exterior painting and full millwork package. All new restroom, new decor, and new marlite throughout the store while maintaining restaurant open during normal hours and completed in an 8-week timeline.
